The posting

LG2 est à la recherche d’un·e maquettiste d’expérience pour se joindre à son équipe de développement des affaires. Ce talent joue un rôle clé dans la préparation de nos présentations client et de nos offres de service. Il contribue également à l’archivage et à la recherche de contenu, à la préparation de documents essentiels ainsi qu’au respect des exigences légales et de conformité. Tu soutiendras les différentes équipes de l’agence et contribueras à faire évoluer les façons de travailler, notamment grâce aux nouvelles technologies et à l’intelligence artificielle.

Tu maitrises l’art de donner vie à des idées et transformer des contenus en présentations claires, percutantes et bien structurées? On aimerait te parler!

Responsabilités

  • Préparer des documents pour les présentations client et les offres de service
  • Préparer et vérifier les formulaires légaux pour assurer la conformité
  • Gérer l'archivage des documents et effectuer des recherches de contenu
  • Apporter un support aux différentes équipes de l'agence selon leurs besoins
  • S'occuper des tâches connexes en soutien à l'équipe de développement des affaires
  • Maintenir à jour ses compétences et ses pratiques de travail par une veille active et l’utilisation pertinente des nouvelles technologies, notamment l’intelligence artificielle
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus et des façons de travailler de l’équipe en tirant parti des nouvelles technologies.

Qualités recherchées

  • Expérience en design graphique, en infographie ou tout autre domaine connexe
  • Capacité à réaliser des montages vidéo de base
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les délais
  • Compétences en recherche et en analyse de contenu
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
  • Connaissance des procédures légales et des normes de conformité
  • Curiosité et volonté de développer continuellement ses compétences
  • Autonomie et proactivité dans la réalisation de ses mandats
