LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Ingénieur(e) Essais Radiofréquence pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients, acteur de l'industrie de Défense & Aéronautique, à Guyancourt (78). Au sein de l'équipe essais, vous validerez les équipements radio, les antennes et les liaisons de données intégrées sur plateformes, en laboratoire comme lors d'expérimentations en extérieur sur site d'essais.

Vos missions

• Préparer et réaliser les campagnes de tests d'équipements radio et d'antennes en laboratoire (banc RF, chambre anéchoïque) et sur plateformes lors d'expérimentations en extérieur sur site d'essais (véhicules, drones, systèmes embarqués).

• Conduire les tests d'élongation (portée radio, bilan de liaison), de débit (throughput, latence) et de qualité radio (RSSI, SNR, BER/PER, EVM, sensibilité, puissance émise).

• Mettre en œuvre les moyens de mesure RF : analyseur de spectre, analyseur de réseau vectoriel (VNA), générateur de signaux, wattmètre, atténuateurs programmables, émulateur de canal.

• Caractériser les antennes : ROS/VSWR, adaptation, gain, diagramme de rayonnement, couplage et isolation entre antennes.

• Rédiger les plans et procédures de tests, dépouiller les mesures, rédiger les PV et rapports d'essais.

• Automatiser les bancs et le traitement des données (Python, LabVIEW, Matlab) et utiliser les outils de mesure réseau (iperf, Wireshark).

• Analyser les anomalies et contribuer aux investigations avec les équipes conception et intégration.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme : Bac+5, école d'ingénieur ou Master en électronique, télécommunications, radiofréquences ou hyperfréquences.

• Expérience : 2 ans minimum en essais, validation ou caractérisation RF (hors stages et alternance).

• Compétences techniques : solides bases en propagation radio, bilan de liaison, antennes et modulations numériques ; pratique des instruments de mesure RF ; notions de réseaux IP ; scripting Python.

• Atouts : liaisons de données (datalink, SDR, MANET, LTE/4G/5G, Wi-Fi) ; normes d'essais (MIL-STD-461, DO-160) ; expérience en défense ou aéronautique.

• Langue : anglais technique.

• Divers : permis B ; goût pour les essais en extérieur. Poste soumis à habilitation défense : nationalité française (double nationalité acceptée) ou d'un pays de l'Union européenne.

• Soft skills : rigueur et méthode, autonomie sur le terrain, esprit d'analyse, curiosité technique, aisance relationnelle, adaptabilité aux conditions d'essais.
