Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information d’un grand groupe international, nous recherchons un Directeur de Programme Data IT H/F pour prendre en charge un programme stratégique de transformation Data à forte visibilité.

Ce programme a pour objectif de répondre aux principaux enjeux liés à la donnée et de mettre en place des capacités pérennes et évolutives permettant d’améliorer la disponibilité, la qualité, l’intégration et la gouvernance des données, ainsi que leur valorisation auprès des métiers.

Le poste bénéficie d’une forte exposition auprès du management et nécessite de fédérer de nombreux interlocuteurs : équipes métiers et IT, entités opérationnelles, fonctions Groupe et partenaires externes.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Directeur de Programme Data IT, vous aurez notamment pour missions de :

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale du programme, sa feuille de route, son périmètre et ses priorités.
  • Assurer le pilotage de bout en bout d’un programme de transformation complexe, stratégique et pluriannuel.
  • Mettre en place et animer la gouvernance du programme : comités de pilotage, reporting exécutif et processus de décision.
  • Piloter le budget, les ressources, les risques, les dépendances et la performance globale du programme.
  • Garantir l’alignement entre les besoins métiers, la stratégie IT, les capacités Data et les standards du Groupe.
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du management et des principales parties prenantes.
  • Produire un reporting exécutif clair et synthétique sur l’avancement, les risques, les éléments financiers et les décisions stratégiques.
  • Coordonner plusieurs projets et chantiers ainsi que les différentes équipes internes et les partenaires technologiques.
  • Faciliter l’alignement et la prise de décision dans un environnement international et matriciel complexe.

Compétences en pilotage

  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage de programmes IT/Data complexes et à forte visibilité
  • Maîtrise du Project Delivery Management
  • Connaissance du SDLC
  • Capacité à construire et piloter une roadmap
  • Expérience en priorisation des initiatives et construction de business cases
  • Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs métiers, IT, management et partenaires externes
