LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Développeur(se) Back-End Java / Spring Boot Confirmé(e) pour intervenir à Saint-Denis (93) auprès d’un acteur majeur de la mobilité et de la distribution de voyages ferroviaires. Intégré(e) à une équipe agile, vous garantissez la haute performance et la stabilité des systèmes qui portent l’activité actuelle (offres B2C et B2G) pendant la construction d’une nouvelle plateforme de mobilité.

Vos missions

Excellence opérationnelle & MCO

• Assurer le run et les évolutions des briques historiques développées en Java, Spring Boot et Spring Batch.

• Diagnostiquer et corriger les incidents de production complexes dans un environnement de services distribués (API REST, web services SOAP, MongoDB).

• Contribuer activement à un MTTR (temps moyen de rétablissement) inférieur à 1h et garantir zéro régression critique.

Qualité & refactoring pragmatique

• Appliquer les standards de qualité modernes (Clean Code, pyramide des tests) sur du code legacy afin de le sécuriser.

• Augmenter la couverture de tests automatisés pour fiabiliser des livraisons fréquentes via GitLab CI.

Transmission & Knowledge Management

• Documenter les règles de gestion complexes : tarification, billettique, spécificités régionales.

• Collaborer avec les équipes en charge du nouveau moteur de mobilité pour expliquer le fonctionnement actuel et faciliter la migration.

• Participer aux rituels Agile (Scrum / Kanban) et DevOps de la Feature Team.

Environnement technique : Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, API REST, SOAP, MongoDB, services distribués, Git, GitLab CI, Jira, Scrum / Kanban.

Profil recherché

• Formation : Bac+5 en informatique (école d’ingénieurs, Master) ou équivalent.

• Expérience : 4 à 6 ans en développement back-end Java, dont une expérience significative en run / MCO d’applications en production.

Compétences techniques indispensables

• Java et Spring Boot maîtrisés ; expérience concrète de Spring Batch (traitements de masse).

• Conception et maintenance d’API REST ; pratique des web services SOAP sur un existant.

• MongoDB (modélisation, requêtes, performance).

• Tests automatisés (JUnit, Mockito…) et approche Clean Code ; Git et GitLab CI.

• Analyse d’incidents en production : lecture de logs, monitoring, résolution de bugs complexes.

Un plus

• Connaissance des domaines transport, billettique, tarification ou réservation.

• Outils d’observabilité (ELK / Kibana, Grafana, Datadog…), qualité de code (SonarQube), conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

Savoir-être

• Rigueur et sang-froid en gestion d’incident, sens du service et de la satisfaction client.

• Pédagogie et goût de la transmission ; aisance rédactionnelle pour documenter.

• Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et curiosité pour les règles métier.
