The posting

LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Ingénieur(e) Spécification Système / Logiciel Embarqué à Bourges (18), pour intervenir auprès d’un acteur majeur du secteur Défense terrestre. Vous êtes le lien entre l’ingénierie système et les équipes de développement logiciel : vous transformez les exigences système en spécifications des services logiciels, en garantissant leur cohérence jusqu’à la validation.

Vos missions

• Analyser les exigences système et les décliner en exigences et spécifications des services logiciels.

• Rédiger les spécifications logicielles et les documents de conception associés.

• Définir et gérer les interfaces : rédaction et maintien des ICD (Interface Control Documents), protocoles et formats d’échange.

• Assurer la traçabilité des exigences, du niveau système jusqu’aux tests (DOORS, Polarion ou équivalent).

• Contribuer à l’architecture fonctionnelle et logicielle avec les architectes.

• Collaborer avec les équipes de validation : testabilité des exigences, relecture des plans de tests, analyse des écarts.

• Participer aux revues de spécification et traiter les remarques.

• Gérer les évolutions d’exigences et en analyser l’impact.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou Master) en systèmes embarqués, informatique, électronique ou ingénierie système.

• Expérience : 5 ans minimum en ingénierie des exigences, spécification système ou logicielle, dans un environnement de systèmes embarqués complexes.

• Compétences techniques : ingénierie des exigences et cycle en V, rédaction de spécifications, gestion des interfaces et ICD, traçabilité (DOORS, Polarion ou équivalent), compréhension des activités de vérification et de validation.

• Appréciées : modélisation UML/SysML ou MBSE (Capella, Enterprise Architect…), protocoles de communication (Ethernet, bus de terrain), expérience en défense ou en aéronautique, première expérience en développement ou en validation.

• Nationalité française requise : le poste est soumis à une habilitation défense.

• Savoir-être : rigueur, esprit de synthèse, qualité rédactionnelle, capacité à faire le lien entre plusieurs équipes, curiosité technique.
