The posting

LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Responsable Développement Logiciel Embarqué à Versailles (78), pour intervenir auprès d’un acteur majeur du secteur Défense terrestre. Vous pilotez en transverse les développements logiciels de 3 projets de défense et faites le lien entre les équipes de développement, les architectes et la direction de projet.

Vos missions

• Piloter les développements logiciels en Agile/Scrum : gestion du backlog, planification et suivi des sprints.

• Suivre l’avancement et assurer le reporting auprès de la direction de projet.

• Coordonner les équipes de développement et les architectes logiciels : arbitrages techniques, priorités, dépendances.

• Préparer et animer les revues de jalons logiciels (spécification, validation, qualification).

• Assurer le suivi documentaire associé.

• Suivre les charges, les coûts et les ressources en environnement multi-projets.

• Identifier les risques et proposer des plans d’actions.

• Coordonner régulièrement avec les équipes basées à Bourges.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou Master) en informatique, systèmes embarqués ou électronique.

• Expérience : 8 ans minimum dans le logiciel embarqué, avec un passé technique (développement, architecture ou intégration) et au moins 3 ans de pilotage, comme responsable de lot logiciel, chef de projet logiciel ou Software Project Leader.

• Compétences : culture solide du logiciel embarqué et du cycle en V, méthodes Agile/Scrum, gestion de backlog (JIRA ou équivalent), suivi des coûts, délais et charges, préparation de revues de jalons et gestion documentaire.

• Appréciés : environnement défense, aéronautique ou systèmes embarqués complexes ; connaissance des normes de développement logiciel critique ; pilotage multi-projets.

• Nationalité française requise : le poste est soumis à une habilitation défense.

• Savoir-être : leadership, sens de la communication, capacité d’arbitrage, organisation, diplomatie et esprit de synthèse.
