LR Technologies recrute en CDI un(e) Pilote Technique Logiciel Embarqué à Bourges (18), pour intervenir auprès d’un acteur majeur du secteur Défense terrestre. Plus pilote technique que chef de projet généraliste, vous êtes responsable du développement logiciel de bout en bout : vous pilotez les équipes internes et les fournisseurs, et vous garantissez la qualité, la performance, les coûts et les délais du logiciel, du développement jusqu’à l’IVVQ.

Vos missions

• Piloter techniquement les développements logiciels embarqués : planification, suivi de l’avancement, arbitrages techniques.

• Coordonner les équipes de développement et d’IVVQ (intégration, vérification, validation, qualification).

• Piloter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants logiciels : expression du besoin, suivi des livraisons, revues techniques, recette des livrables.

• Garantir la qualité du logiciel : respect des processus et des standards de développement, indicateurs qualité, suivi des anomalies.

• Suivre la performance technique du logiciel : tenue des exigences, maturité, résultats des campagnes de tests.

• Maîtriser les coûts, les charges et les délais : budget, reste à faire, alertes et plans d’actions.

• Préparer et animer les revues de jalons logiciels et assurer le suivi documentaire.

• Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction de projet et identifier les risques techniques.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou Master) en informatique, systèmes embarqués ou électronique.

• Expérience : 8 ans minimum dans le logiciel embarqué, avec un passé technique en développement ou en IVVQ, et au moins 3 ans de pilotage technique (responsable de lot logiciel, pilote développement, Software Project Leader).

• Compétences : culture solide du développement logiciel embarqué et de l’IVVQ, cycle en V et méthodes Agile, pilotage de fournisseurs ou de sous-traitants, suivi des coûts, délais et charges, assurance qualité logicielle, préparation de revues de jalons.

• Appréciés : environnement défense ou aéronautique, normes de développement logiciel critique, outils de suivi (JIRA ou équivalent), pilotage multi-équipes.

• Nationalité française requise : le poste est soumis à une habilitation défense.

• Savoir-être : leadership technique, capacité d’arbitrage, exigence sur la qualité, sens de la négociation, communication claire et esprit de synthèse.
