The posting

Notre service Comptabilité, basé à la Direction Régionale de Besançon, recherche son / sa futur(e) Comptable Tiers.

Le Comptable Tiers veille à enregistrer l’ensemble des opérations comptables ayant trait à la gestion des comptes de tiers (clients, fournisseurs et formation), en veillant au respect de la législation, des règles comptables, en vue d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par la Direction Comptable.

Vos missions et responsabilités :

- Vous assurez le suivi complet des comptes de tiers et optimisez la relation financière avec vos interlocuteurs

- Vous enregistrez toutes pièces comptables nécessaires à l’élaboration des comptes d’exploitation entrant dans votre domaine de responsabilité en respectant le calendrier fixé par votre responsable

- Vous réceptionnez et pointez les règlements ; et analysez régulièrement les comptes dont vous avez la charge

- Vous assurez le suivi des comptes de formation avec le service formation de la région

- Vous participez aux reportings

- Vous contribuez à l’élaboration de certains rapprochements bancaires

- Vous contribuez à conseiller et sensibiliser les responsables de secteur et le personnel d’agence dans la gestion de leur agence pour les aspects liés à votre domaine d’intervention

- Vous assurez la gestion des notes de frais

- Vous êtes tenu à la confidentialité des informations dont vous avez connaissance

Profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation BAC +2 en comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en tant que Comptable Tiers

Doté(e) d’une grande rigueur, d’un esprit d’analyse, vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et de proactivité

Vous avez le goût des chiffres et disposez d’une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (fonctions avancées d’Excel et analyse des bases de données)
