The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités CRIT INSIDE, nous recherchons un(e) Pilote régional en prestations dédiées h/F

Véritable garant(e) de la qualité et de la performance des prestations confiées, vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles dans le déploiement, le suivi et l’amélioration continue des dispositifs mis en place chez nos clients.

Vos missions:

Piloter et garantir la qualité des prestations

  • Veillez au respect des processus liés au sourcing, à la sélection, à la pré-intégration, à la gestion des viviers et à l’administration des prestations.
  • Contrôlez la fiabilité et le respect des délais des indicateurs de gestion.
  • Définissez et suivez les plans d’actions correctifs et d’amélioration.
  • Planifiez et animez les différents rituels de suivi et de pilotage de la qualité.
  • Veillez au respect de la législation, des règles et des procédures internes.
  • Contribuez à l’application de la politique Qualité, Santé-Sécurité au Travail et Environnement.
  • Accompagner le lancement et le développement des comptes CRIT INSIDE

Vous contribuez à garantir la satisfaction et la qualité de la relation client.

Selon les besoins de nos clients et les enjeux des prestations, vous pouvez être amené(e) à :

  • Piloter des projets de recrutement volumique.
  • Accompagner des projets liés à l’inclusion, la formation ou au développement RH.
  • Initier et manager différents projets contribuant à la performance des prestations.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de notre offre de services au niveau régional.

Vous exercez un rôle de management fonctionnel auprès des équipes Insides.

  • Accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs dans leur intégration.
  • Assurer leur formation et leur accompagnement opérationnel sur le terrain.
  • Apporter conseil et support dans la gestion quotidienne des prestations.
  • Contribuer, avec les responsables d’agence, à la continuité de service et à l’organisation des équipes.

Votre profil

De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, management, gestion, commerce ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans le domaine des RH, du recrutement, de la gestion de prestations ou du pilotage de projets.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre capacité à piloter plusieurs sujets simultanément ;
  • Votre sens de l'organisation et des priorités ;
  • Votre capacité d'analyse et votre culture du résultat ;
  • Votre aisance dans la gestion de la relation client ;
  • Votre capacité à accompagner et fédérer des équipes fonctionnelles ;
  • Votre autonomie et votre capacité à prendre des initiatives ;

Une expérience dans le recrutement, le travail temporaire ou la gestion de prestations RH constitue un véritable atout.
