HR Conseil & Cie est une structure spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des entreprises sur leurs enjeux RH, organisationnels et stratégiques. Nous plaçons l’humain au cœur de nos missions et développons des solutions sur mesure pour nos clients. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) gestionnaire de paie motivé(e), curieux(se) et prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.

Vos missions

En collaboration avec l’équipe paie et administration du personnel, vous participerez à l’ensemble du processus de gestion de la paie et des ressources humaines :

  • Collecte et saisie des éléments variables de paie
  • Préparation et contrôle des bulletins de paie
  • Gestion des déclarations sociales et fiscales (URSSAF, DSN, mutuelle, etc.)
  • Participation à la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, dossiers salariés, attestations)
  • Veille réglementaire et juridique
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus internes et à la qualité des données RH

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en paie
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et aimez les chiffres
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances en paie et droit social
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word) et idéalement d’un logiciel de paie (Silaé fortement apprécié)
  • Dynamique, organisé(e), autonome, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et l’apprentissage au quotidien
