Notre client, une entreprise experte en charpente, couverture et menuiserie, recherche un Second d’équipe Charpente pour renforcer ses équipes. Basés principalement en Savoie et Haute-Savoie, les chantiers proposés allient diversité et technicité. Le recrutement est assuré par HR Conseil & Cie, cabinet spécialisé en accompagnement RH et conseil en recrutement.

Missions

En tant que Second d’Équipe en charpente, vous serez le bras droit du chef d’équipe et jouerez un rôle clé dans :

  • L’exécution des chantiers et l’encadrement de l’équipe
  • La mise en sécurité et l’organisation des chantiers
  • La réalisation de travaux de charpente, couverture et menuiserie
  • La bonne tenue du matériel et du chantier

Vous disposerez d’une autonomie dans vos missions et serez garant de l’application des règles de sécurité et de la transmission des bonnes pratiques auprès des nouveaux entrants.

Compétences :

  • Communication efficace avec le chef d’équipe
  • Mise en place et validation des dispositifs de sécurité
  • Implantation et organisation de chantier
  • Anticipation et gestion du matériel et des stocks
  • Conduite d’engins de levage
  • Gestion ponctuelle d’un chantier en l’absence du chef d’équipe
