Dans le cadre de notre développement, Au Fût Gourmand à Hochfelden recherche un(e) apprenti(e) cuisinier(e) préparant un BTS en Hôtellerie-Restauration, une Licence Professionnelle ou toute autre formation supérieure dans le domaine de la restauration.

Vos missions

Accompagné(e) par le Chef de Cuisine et l'équipe en place, vous participerez progressivement à :

  • La mise en place des postes de travail.
  • La préparation et la réalisation des plats.
  • Le dressage des assiettes.
  • L'organisation et au bon déroulement du service.
  • L'application des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • L'entretien et au nettoyage des équipements et espaces de travail.

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez un BTS, une Licence Professionnelle ou un diplôme supérieur en cuisine, restauration ou management hôtellerie-restauration.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par la cuisine et les produits de qualité.
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), curieux(se) et souhaitez progresser rapidement.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les environnements dynamiques.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'implication.
