Nous recrutons un Chef d’équipe conditionnement F/H en CDI à temps complet.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable conditionnement, vous serez chargé(e) de :

· Suivre la productivité des équipes de conditionnement,

· Former et coordonner les membres de votre équipe (entre 8 à 10 personnes)

· Diagnostiquer les causes de dysfonctionnement et/ou panne des équipements et intervenir en cas de besoin,

· Assurer la conformité des produits et le respect des procédures.

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+2/4 et vous bénéficiez de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le milieu industriel.

Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste :

· Être à l’écoute et communicatif

· Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse

· Être réactif face aux imprévus

Horaires :

Travail posté en 2x8 ou 3x8 selon la saison brassicole (4h-12h / 12h-20h / 20h-4h).

Poste dans nos locaux à Hochfelden (67).

Rémunération :

Salaire selon profil sur 13 mois.

Prime de vacances de 1440€ par an.

Mutuelle famille avec partie prise en charge par le CSE.

Accords d’intéressement et de participation.
