Missions

En tant que DRH à Temps Partagé Augmenté®, vous devenez le référent RH de plusieurs PME :

  • Établir un diagnostic RH global (organisation, compétences, pratiques sociales).
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie RH aux côtés des dirigeants.
  • Structurer et fiabiliser les process RH (recrutement, formation, GPEC, relations sociales).
  • Conseiller et accompagner les dirigeants et les managers dans leurs pratiques managériales.
  • Superviser la paie et l’administration du personnel
  • Partager vos méthodes et enrichir le collectif RH de Groupe Référence.

Votre mission s’exerce directement chez nos clients PME, en région bordelaise, pour être au contact quotidien des dirigeants et de leurs équipes.

Profil

  • 10 ans d’expérience minimum en management RH, idéalement en PME et/ou conseil.
  • Solide expertise en développement RH, droit social et conduite du changement.
  • Capacité à dialoguer avec les dirigeants et à adapter vos recommandations à leurs enjeux.
  • Esprit collaboratif, pragmatique et orienté solutions.
