Missions

En tant que Chef de projet AMOA SI à Temps Partagé Augmenté®, vous devenez le référent SI de plusieurs PME et ETI, en soutien direct des dirigeants. Votre mission consiste à sécuriser et piloter la mise en place de leurs systèmes d’information (ERP, CRM, outils métiers), tout en garantissant l’adéquation aux besoins opérationnels.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Recueillir, analyser et traduire les besoins métiers des clients.
  • Piloter les projets SI : cadrage, planning, budget, risques, qualité.
  • Coordonner les intégrateurs et prestataires, animer l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
  • Définir et mettre en place les outils de pilotage : KPI, reporting, tableaux de bord.
  • Conduire le changement : communication, formation, accompagnement des équipes.
  • Structurer la culture projet : référentiels, méthodologies, PMO, priorisation.
  • Préparer les dossiers pour les instances de décision (comité projet, COPIL…).
  • Contribuer au collectif Référence STEP en partageant vos bonnes pratiques et en participant à l’avant-vente et à la capitalisation interne.

Votre mission s’exerce directement chez nos clients avec des déplacements ponctuels en région pour travailler au plus près des équipes.

Profil

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en AMOA, gestion de projet SI ou conseil.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du pilotage de projets SI (ERP, CRM, outils métiers).
  • Capacité à comprendre rapidement les enjeux d’une PME/ETI et à mener plusieurs missions en parallèle.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, synthèse, coordination et animation.
