Missions

En tant que Responsable Ressources Humaines à Temps Partagé Augmenté®, vous devenez le référent RH de plusieurs PME/ETI, avec pour missions principales :

  • Structurer et gérer la fonction RH selon les besoins et le contexte de chaque entreprise.
  • Gérer les principaux processus RH : recrutement, formation, gestion des carrières et des compétences.
  • Accompagner les dirigeants, managers et collaborateurs dans leurs problématiques et décisions RH au quotidien.
  • Gérer et accompagner les sujets de relations sociales, rémunération et gestion disciplinaire dans le cadre de votre périmètre d’intervention.
  • Superviser ou gérer la paie et l’administration du personnel, selon les besoins de la mission.
  • Identifier les besoins d’amélioration et proposer des solutions adaptées pour fiabiliser et optimiser les pratiques RH.
  • Conduire ou contribuer à des projets d'amélioration des processus RH.
  • Partager vos pratiques et enrichir le collectif RH de Groupe Référence.

Votre mission s’exerce directement chez nos clients PME/ETI, au contact des dirigeants, managers et collaborateurs, dans des environnements et contextes variés.

Profil

  • Expérience confirmée en Ressources Humaines généralistes, idéalement acquise en environnement PME/ETI.
  • Bonne maîtrise des principaux domaines et processus RH : recrutement, formation, compétences, carrières, relations sociales, rémunération et administration du personnel.
  • Capacité à gérer de manière autonome les sujets RH opérationnels et à apporter des réponses concrètes et adaptées aux managers et aux dirigeants.
  • Capacité à structurer et fiabiliser les pratiques et processus RH et à accompagner leur évolution.
  • Excellent relationnel, avec une capacité à dialoguer aussi bien avec des dirigeants qu'avec des managers et des collaborateurs.
