📝 Le poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre entité , nous recrutons un Chargé d'Affaires (H/F) pour un poste en CDI basé à LE MANS (72).

Vos missions consistent à :

1) Développer l'activité commerciale

  • Assurer la livraison des chantiers ainsi que les liaisons entre le chantier et le bureau d’étude ;
  • Préparer et analyser les documents d’exécution;
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients ;
  • Effectuer le suivi du relationnel client ;
  • Participer aux négociations commerciales avec les clients (Maître d’ouvrage, Maître d’œuvre).

2) Gérer l'activité du chantier

Assurer le bon déroulement complet du chantier de la phase préparatoire à l’aboutissement, conformément aux règles internes et aux réglementations en vigueur.

  • Faire approvisionner le chantier en matières ;
  • Surveiller l’exécution des chantiers et la tenue des délais ;
  • Garantir la sécurité sur les chantiers;
  • Etablir le planning d’exécution en accord avec le Maître d’Ouvrage;
  • Assister et assurer les rendez-vous de chantiers et réceptions de travaux ;
  • Faire effectuer la levée des réserves dans les délais impartis ;
  • Contrôler l’état d’avancement et de les fournir au service facturation dans les temps impartis ;
  • Etablir ou de faire établir par le BE tous les devis supplémentaires ;
  • Établir le plan particulier de sécurité et de protection de la santé (PPSPS).

3) Analyser la rentabilité des chantiers

  • Suivi et analyse des Prix de revient des chantiers ;
  • Réalisation du Chiffre d’affaires et de la Marge Brute définis par la Direction ;
  • Rendre compte à la Direction de l’activité et de la rentabilité des chantiers ;
  • Assister le service financier dans le recouvrement de vos créances.

🔍 Votre profil

Diplôme Bac + 5 (école d’ingénieur de type ESTP, ESME Sudria,…) ou Bac + 2 (type DUT génie civil ou BTS bâtiment), issus du secteur du bâtiment avec une forte expérience dans le second œuvre.

Une expérience de 3 à 5 minimum requises.

Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, ordonnée, diplomate et communicante : Cette activité demande une rigueur particulière tant en termes de qualité de prestation que de suivi permanent au vu du très grand nombre de projets suivis.
