Le Groupe Vallée est composé de 12 entités œuvrant dans les métiers du second œuvre, de la menuiserie, de la rénovation énergétique et de la dépollution, avec plus de 650 collaborateurs répartis sur nos différents sites.

Notre service Ressources Humaines recherche un(e) stagiaire RH polyvalent(e) pour une durée d’1 mois minimum.

Au sein de notre équipe RH, vous participerez à différentes missions liées à la gestion administrative du personnel et au suivi de nos collaborateurs intérimaires.

📝 Le poste

Selon les besoins du service, vous pourrez notamment être amené(e) à :

  • Participer à la gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel ;
  • Assurer le suivi des collaborateurs intérimaires ;
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers et bases de données RH ;
  • Contribuer au suivi des absences, congés et relevés d’heures ;
  • Participer aux différentes tâches quotidiennes du service RH ;
  • Apporter un soutien à l’équipe sur les missions administratives et organisationnelles.

Cette expérience vous permettra de découvrir concrètement les différentes facettes des Ressources Humaines, dans un environnement polyvalent et dynamique.
