Missão do cargo:

Atuar como especialista pleno na operação e performance de contas no Mercado Livre, sendo o principal ponto focal para estratégias de crescimento, otimização de catálogo e gestão de campanhas dentro da plataforma. Deve garantir a execução eficiente dos planos táticos e gerar resultados consistentes com base em dados e visão comercial.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Criar e executar estratégias personalizadas para crescimento (growth) de lojas virtuais e marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee)
  • Diagnosticar gargalos, identificar alavancas e propor planos de ação orientados a dados
  • Conduzir atendimentos consultivos: calls, apresentações, dashboards e follow-ups com tom executivo
  • Gerenciar múltiplas contas com clareza de prioridades, entregas e comunicação
  • Utilizar ferramentas como ClickUp, ERPs, Google Suite e hubs de integração com fluidez
  • Adotar uma postura IA first, no qual precisará usar soluções de IA no dia a dia para ganhar mais eficiência e escala
  • Participar da evolução de processos internos, playbooks e padrões de entrega
  • Representar a DG com autoridade e foco em performance — sempre

Conhecimentos necessários:

  • Funcionamento avançado do Mercado Livre (algoritmo, buy box, reputação, catálogo, mercado ads, full, flex etc.)
  • Estratégias de posicionamento de produto e precificação no Meli
  • Gestão de reputação e indicadores de conta
  • Ferramentas de integração e ERP (ex.: Bling, Tiny, Olist – conhecimento desejável)
  • Lógica básica de e-commerce e métricas como conversão, CAC, LTV, ROI
  • Google Sheets para análise e controle de indicadores

Habilidades Essenciais

  • Otimização de títulos, descrições e atributos para o Meli
  • Criação, acompanhamento e ajuste de campanhas no Mercado Ads
  • Diagnóstico de queda de performance e plano de ação para recuperação
  • Análise de concorrência e tendências no Meli
  • Organização de backlog de melhorias com foco em impacto e agilidade
  • Comunicação clara com clientes e equipes internas
