Estamos em expansão acelerada e abrindo a primeira vaga de designer presencial na nova sede em Palhoça. Isso significa proximidade com lideranças, protagonismo criativo e influência direta nas decisões estratégicas desde o dia um.

Para quem se destacar, há caminho aberto para liderar a frente de criação e entrar no programa de partnership da empresa.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Criar peças para redes sociais, banners, anúncios, apresentações e e-books com velocidade e intenção
  • Desenvolver e manter identidades visuais coerentes com o branding e os objetivos de cada cliente
  • Colaborar com os times de performance e marketing para aumentar conversão com design
  • Usar IA como aliada criativa — para entregar mais, em menos tempo, sem perder qualidade
  • Fazer edições básicas de vídeo: cortes, transições, animações e legendas
  • Propor melhorias visuais e participar ativamente do processo criativo do time

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Mínimo 2 anos de experiência em design para digital e performance
  • Domínio avançado de Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign e Premiere
  • Conhecimento em IA aplicada a design (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Heygen, entre outras)
  • Portfólio com foco em mídia digital, branding e campanhas com resultado
  • Agilidade para lidar com múltiplas entregas, prazos e retrabalhos com resiliência

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em agências digitais, branding ou e-commerce
  • Campanhas com foco real em conversão e performance
  • Domínio de After Effects e motion
  • Formação em Design Gráfico, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas
  • Visão de campanha, não só de peça
