Aqui na Digital Growth, nós levamos a produção de conteúdo a sério. Estamos em busca de um(a) Social Media com experiência comprovada para integrar nosso time de Criação e assumir a frente das contas dos nossos clientes.

Procuramos alguém que vá muito além de agendar posts. Você será peça-chave na construção e gestão da presença digital das marcas que confiam na DG, ajudando a elevar a autoridade de cada uma delas no mercado. Se você tem visão estratégica, escreve muito bem, consegue transitar entre diferentes tons de voz (de acordo com cada nicho) e sabe analisar dados para comprovar resultados para os clientes, essa cadeira é para você.

O Que Você Vai Fazer (Responsabilidades)

  • Gestão de Múltiplas Contas: Planejar e executar calendários editoriais focados em performance, engajamento e construção de autoridade para diferentes clientes da agência.
  • Criação e Adaptabilidade: Desenvolver linhas editoriais, escrever legendas, roteiros e textos persuasivos, adaptando a linguagem e o tom de voz para a realidade de cada marca.
  • Trabalho em Equipe e Briefing: Atuar em parceria constante com o time de design e vídeo, passando briefings claros e acompanhando a execução visual do conteúdo de cada cliente.
  • Gestão de Fluxo e Prazos: Acompanhar o cronograma de publicações de ponta a ponta, garantindo que as entregas passem pelas etapas de revisão (interna e do cliente) e agendamento dentro do prazo estipulado.
  • Relatórios e Resultados: Analisar métricas e gerar relatórios de performance, traduzindo dados em insights práticos para otimizar os próximos conteúdos e comprovar o valor do trabalho para o cliente.

O Que Buscamos (Requisitos Obrigatórios)

  • Experiência Comprovada: Vivência prévia e sólida atuando como Social Media (necessário apresentar portfólio ou cases).
  • Excelência na Escrita: Domínio da língua portuguesa, excelente gramática e habilidade para adaptar o tom de voz conforme a marca ou o porta-voz.
  • Visão Analítica: Saber ler as métricas nativas das plataformas (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) e entender o que funciona e o que não funciona.
  • Organização Extrema: Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos prazos, gerenciar seu próprio fluxo de trabalho e manter os processos da equipe alinhados.
  • Conhecimento ou vivência no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de rotinas de marketing.
  • Antenado(a): Perfil curioso, que consome conteúdo ativamente e entende as nuances de cada rede social.
