Social Media + Redação Publicitária

Planejamento e Estratégia: Criar e manter um calendário editorial com postagens diárias, semanais ou mensais.Participar de reuniões de briefing para entender os objetivos da marca e campanhas específicas.Pesquisar tendências e hashtags relevantes para inserir a marca nas conversas do momento.

Criação de Conteúdo: Escrever legendas criativas e engajantes para redes sociais.Criar textos persuasivos para anúncios (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).Desenvolver roteiros simples para vídeos ou stories.Trabalhar em peças visuais simples usando ferramentas como Canva.

Gestão de Redes Sociais: Postar conteúdos nas plataformas (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Responder comentários, mensagens diretas e interações com o público.Gerenciar crises e atender prontamente reclamações ou dúvidas dos seguidores.

Análise de Desempenho: Acompanhar métricas básicas, como curtidas, compartilhamentos, comentários e alcance.Criar relatórios de desempenho com insights para melhorar a estratégia.Ajustar postagens futuras com base nos resultados das anteriores.

Colaboração com o Time: Alinhar-se com designers para criar peças gráficas que complementam os textos.Trabalhar em conjunto com o atendimento para garantir que as expectativas do cliente sejam atendidas.

  • Tenha experiência em marketing digital, preferencialmente em agência
  • Compreenda estratégia de marketing além da execução de conteúdo
  • Escreva com clareza e tenha senso crítico sobre comunicação
  • Saiba lidar com clientes de forma madura, objetiva e respeitosa
  • Tenha organização, visão de processo e capacidade de priorização
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de agendamento (Ekyte, Meta Business Suite) e análise de métricas (Google Analytics, Reportei).
  • Ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) e análise de mercado (Google Trends, SimilarWeb).
  • Social media: calendário, formatos e boas práticas por plataforma (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok).
