O que buscamos: Profissional que irá compor o time comercial atuando diretamente com social selling na área da dermatológia.

O que oferecemos:

Contratação PJ Fixo mensal: R$ 2.500,00 + Comissão por vendas (expectativa de 4k a 6k de comissão ao mês) Horário usual: O horário é flexível, sendo usualmente das 10h às 18h (seg a sex) com possibilidades de se estender nos dias de reuniões pontuais, cursos e treinamentos.

Local de atuação: Presencial, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.

O que você precisa ter/saber:

Ensino médio completo; Disponibilidade de horário; Ter experiência em social sales; Excelente comunicação oral e escrita; Ser organizado, comunicativo, dinâmico e flexível; Perfil proativo; Bom ouvinte. Será um diferencial se você tiver experiência com CRM.

Como será sua rotina:

Entrar em contato com leads através das redes sociais e WhatsApp, apresentando os procedimentos e consultas da clínica dermatológica; Atender potenciais clientes de forma consultiva e estratégica, entendendo suas necessidades e direcionando para os tratamentos mais adequados; Conduzir negociações via direct, WhatsApp e chamadas, buscando gerar conexão, confiança e conversão; Realizar follow up diário das negociações em andamento, acompanhando os pacientes até o agendamento; Identificar oportunidades de conversão através das interações nas redes sociais; Apoiar ações comerciais e campanhas relacionadas aos serviços da clínica; Emitir relatórios diários de performance (quantidade de contatos, agendamentos, conversões, etc.).
