A posição de Social Seller na Evuli Clinic foi criada estrategicamente como um novo canal de aquisição focado em impulsionar o faturamento e a marcação de consultas de nutrologia. A profissional atuará diretamente no ecossistema digital da clínica, com foco inicial e principal na gestão de interações e relacionamento no perfil pessoal do Dr. Fernando (estendendo-se futuramente para a Dra. Isa e para o perfil institucional da clínica).

O objetivo central do cargo não é a venda direta ou o fechamento do protocolo (que ocorre em consultório com o médico), mas sim a transformação do alto volume de engajamento orgânico em leads altamente qualificados. A profissional será a ponte de conexão humanizada que acelera o direcionamento desses seguidores aquecidos para o time de consultoras comerciais, otimizando a conversão do funil de vendas.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Gerenciar as interações, comentários e mensagens diretas (DMs) no Instagram do Dr. Fernando (e perfis correlatos), atuando em nome da autoridade médica para construir relacionamento inicial.
  • Criar conexões humanizadas e personalizadas com seguidores engajados (comentários em posts, stories e interações diretas), identificando potenciais pacientes.
  • Qualificar o lead de acordo com o nível de interesse e fit com os serviços de nutrologia e estética da clínica.
  • Estimular e acelerar a jornada do lead para a conversão de contato, direcionando-o para o link da bio ou coletando o número de WhatsApp.
  • Cadastrar e registrar rigorosamente as interações e os dados dos leads no sistema de CRM da clínica para garantir a rastreabilidade do processo.
  • Passar o bastão dos leads qualificados de forma ágil para as Consultoras Comerciais (SDRs/BDRs) responsáveis pelo agendamento final e apresentação de valores.
  • Manter alinhamento constante com a liderança comercial e o videomaker para entender a estratégia dos conteúdos publicados e otimizar os scripts de abordagem.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino Médio completo ou Superior cursando (Administração, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas afins).
  • Familiaridade nativa e facilidade no uso de redes sociais (ênfase em Instagram: Direct, Stories, Reels).
  • Excelente comunicação escrita, com domínio da norma culta da língua portuguesa, empatia e habilidade de adaptação ao tom de voz de uma autoridade médica.
  • Perfil jovem, dinâmico e com alta capacidade/disposição para aprender metodologias de vendas e processos comerciais.
  • Perfil de identificação ao gênero feminino (alinhamento cultural com a demografia da equipe interna da clínica).

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, e-commerce ou áreas de suporte comercial via chat/texto.
  • Noções básicas ou experiência com ferramentas de CRM.
  • Experiência ou vivência anterior no segmento de saúde, estética, nutrologia ou bem-estar.

REMUNERAÇÃO E BENEFÍCIOS:

  • Salário Fixo(Modelo CLT).
  • Remuneração Variável: Premiações mensais baseadas no atingimento de metas estruturadas em níveis (Bronze, Prata, Ouro, Diamante e Super Meta). O indicador de performance individual (gatilho) é o volume de leads qualificados entregues, somado a um percentual do faturamento da clínica.
  • Vale Alimentação/Refeição: R$22,00 por dia útil (pago via cartão de benefícios flexíveis Flash, sem desconto em folha).
  • Auxílio Mobilidade: R$140,00 por mês (vale combustível) OU Vale Transporte tradicional (conforme escolha, sem desconto em folha).
  • Acompanhamento Nutricional: Acesso gratuito ao time de nutrição da clínica, incluindo plano alimentar personalizado (emagrecimento/hipertrofia) e exames de bioimpedância.
  • Procedimentos Estéticos: Injetáveis a preço de custo de colaborador e tecnologias corporais/faciais (ultrassom, radiofrequência, corrente russa) através de planos individuais gratuitos.
  • 14º Salário: Premiação anual vinculada a critérios elegíveis (mínimo de 1 ano de empresa, assiduidade perfeita sem faltas ou atestados, excelente avaliação comportamental e atingimento das metas de faturamento anual da clínica).
  • Auxílio Babá: Benefício de R$202,57 para colaboradoras com filhos de até 7 anos de idade.
  • Endomarketing e Reconhecimento: Premiações extras por campanhas pontuais (vouchers de cinema, dia no salão de beleza, etc.).
