En GRUPO CORVEN nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Contratos y Asuntos Legales para sumar a la Vertical de Negocio de Corredores Viales con oficinas en la zona de Monserrat, CABA..

Misión del puesto:

  • Proporcionar asistencia legal en la elaboración, revisión, gestión y seguimiento de contratos y documentación legal; brindar apoyo técnico y administrativo en materia laboral, civil, societaria, para mitigar riesgos legales y la protección de los intereses de la organización; coordinar los estudios externos a fin de realizar una gestión óptima de las causas judiciales y extrajudiciales.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar, revisar y analizar contratos, convenios, adendas y demás instrumentos legales, verificando su adecuación a la normativa vigente y a las políticas internas de la organización.
  • Gestionar el circuito de aprobación, suscripción, registro, archivo y custodia de los contratos y demás documentación legal, asegurando su trazabilidad y disponibilidad.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los vencimientos, renovaciones, obligaciones contractuales y demás compromisos derivados de los contratos vigentes, informando oportunamente a las áreas involucradas.
  • Brindar asistencia técnica y administrativa en asuntos de derecho laboral, civil, societario y otras materias jurídicas que requieran las distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Elaborar informes legales, dictámenes preliminares, notas, cartas documento, intimaciones y otra documentación jurídica requerida por la Jefatura.
  • Mantener actualizado el registro y control de litigios, reclamos, mediaciones y demás asuntos legales de la organización, elaborando reportes periódicos para la Jefatura.
  • Asistir en la constitución, modificación y actualización de la documentación societaria, poderes, actas, registros y demás documentación corporativa que corresponda.
  • Mantener un archivo físico y digital ordenado, actualizado y confidencial de toda la documentación bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Elaborar indicadores, reportes de gestión y tableros de control sobre contratos, litigios y asuntos legales, suministrando información confiable para la toma de decisiones.
  • Ejecutar otras funciones inherentes a su puesto que le sean asignadas por el Jefe de Contratos y Asuntos Legales, dentro de su ámbito de competencia.

Requisitos

  • Profesionales con más de 5 años en infraestructura, obra pública, concesiones o administración de contratos, con al menos 3 años en claims/controversias y gestión contractual compleja.
  • Graduados o estudiantes avanzando de Abogacía, será valorado formación complementaria en contratos de obra pública, derecho laboral y comercial.
  • Manejo de paquete office (Excel avanzado); gestión documental; MS Project o lectura de cronogramas; redacción técnico-legal.
  • Disponibilidad full time ante vencimientos perentorios, auditorías e inspecciones y visitas al corredor cuando el caso lo requiera.
