Misión del puesto:

  • Colaborar en la ejecución de auditorías internas, revisando y evaluando los procesos operativos, financieros y de control interno de la compañía, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora, mitigar riesgos y asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y políticas internas.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Participar en la preparación de programas de trabajo, en la ejecución y documentación de auditorías internas conforme al plan anual de auditoría.
  • Analizar procesos y procedimientos para detectar riesgos operativos, financieros y de cumplimiento no cubiertos.
  • Evaluar la efectividad de los controles internos y proponer mejoras.
  • Realizar pruebas de auditoría y recopilar evidencia suficiente y adecuada.
  • Realizar propuestas para los informes de auditoría con hallazgos, conclusiones y recomendaciones.
  • Hacer seguimiento de la implementación de acciones correctivas.
  • Colaborar en investigaciones especiales, revisiones ad-hoc o tareas asignadas por la jefatura.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación de trabajo de acuerdo con las pautas del área.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mayor a 4 años preferentemente en auditoría interna para áreas comercial, industrial, administración y distribución en compañía a fin al grupo, en empresa medianas a gran porte, o en otras áreas con funciones afines a los controles, o en Auditoría Externa en estudios contables (Big Four o similares).
  • Graduado y/o estudiantes avanzados en Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel, PowerBI y SAP o sistemas ERP similares.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales a plantas industriales en el interior del país.
