En Grupo Corven nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Créditos y Cobranzas para sumar al equipo de Administración y Finanzas.

Quien ocupe la posición será responsable de gestionar el riesgo crediticio de la cartera de clientes, asegurar la correcta registración de cobranzas y cuentas corrientes, impulsar la recuperación de créditos en tiempo y forma y contribuir a una administración eficiente de la recaudación, garantizando el cumplimiento de las condiciones comerciales y financieras definidas por la compañía.

Funciones y Responsabilidades principales

1. Gestión de Créditos

  • Analizar y monitorear el riesgo crediticio de clientes.
  • Controlar pedidos en función de los límites de crédito y garantías disponibles.
  • Realizar altas, bajas y modificaciones de datos de clientes.
  • Dar seguimiento a la evolución financiera y comercial de la cartera.

2. Gestión de Cobranzas

  • Ejecutar acciones de cobranza sobre cuentas corrientes.
  • Realizar seguimiento de pagos y vencimientos.
  • Gestionar cobranzas nacionales e internacionales.
  • Colaborar en la resolución de desvíos vinculados a la recaudación.

3. Administración de Cuentas Corrientes

  • Registrar facturación y cobranzas en el sistema.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de cuentas corrientes.
  • Emitir notas de débito y crédito cuando corresponda.
  • Garantizar la integridad y calidad de la información registrada.

4. Control y Seguimiento Comercial

  • Verificar el cumplimiento de las condiciones comerciales acordadas.
  • Participar en reuniones periódicas con el equipo de Ventas para analizar la evolución de clientes.
  • Proponer acciones preventivas frente a potenciales riesgos crediticios.

5. Análisis y Mejora Continua

  • Monitorear indicadores vinculados a créditos y cobranzas.
  • Analizar información económica y financiera de clientes, industrias y mercados.
  • Proponer iniciativas de mejora e innovación para optimizar los procesos del área.
  • Participar en proyectos transversales junto a otras áreas de la organización.

Requisitos

Experiencia

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones de Créditos y Cobranzas, Administración o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas corrientes y cobranzas.

Estudios Requeridos

  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de Administración de Empresas, Contador Público o carreras afines.

Herramientas

  • SAP (deseable).
  • Excel intermedio.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Gestión de cuentas corrientes.
  • Análisis de riesgo crediticio.
  • Cobranzas y conciliaciones.
  • Registraciones administrativas y financieras.
