Descripción del puesto

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Datos y Procesos de Comercio Exterior, que tendrá como principal desafío consolidar y asegurar la calidad de la información del sector, desarrollar herramientas de gestión y optimizar los procesos operativos mediante la automatización de tareas manuales y repetitivas.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en la transformación y mejora continua del área, trabajando en conjunto con Comercio Exterior, Sistemas y otras áreas de la compañía para generar información confiable, agilizar la operación y facilitar la toma de decisiones.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Consolidar información operativa de las distintas unidades de negocio y asegurar la calidad y consistencia de los datos.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener reportes, tableros de gestión y herramientas de análisis.
  • Automatizar reportes y tareas manuales para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Relevar, documentar y analizar procesos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
  • Proponer e implementar rediseños de procesos, priorizando su impacto en los tiempos de gestión y la reducción de riesgos operativos.
  • Actuar como nexo funcional entre el área de Comercio Exterior, Sistemas y proveedores de software.
  • Participar en proyectos vinculados con SAP, SIDOM y sus interfaces.
  • Documentar procedimientos, capacitar al equipo y promover el uso autónomo de las herramientas desarrolladas.

Requisitos

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, análisis de procesos o análisis funcional, preferentemente en supply chain, comercio exterior o logística.
  • Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas, Analista de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Excel avanzado (excluyente).
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de visualización y tableros, como Power BI.
  • Manejo de SQL para consultas de datos.
  • Conocimientos de automatización con Python o VBA.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio.
  • Se valorará la experiencia con SAP, especialmente en módulos vinculados con abastecimiento o importaciones.
