En GRUPO CORVEN nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Ejecutivo de Cuentas/Comercial para sumar a la Vertical de Negocio Financiera para la zona Bs. As.

Misión del puesto:

  • Impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes, desarrollando y consolidando las relaciones comerciales en la zona asignada.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Identificar nuevos prospectos utilizando redes de contacto y análisis de mercado.
  • Captar, incorporar y capacitar nuevos comercios sobre los productos, servicios, procesos y herramientas de la compañía, asegurando una correcta implementación y desarrollo comercial.
  • Atender y asesorar a los clientes y comercios actuales y potenciales, con el fin de optimizar la comercialización de nuestros productos y servicios financieros.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y comercios, asegurando su satisfacción y continuidad operativa.
  • Realizar el seguimiento, mantenimiento y gestión de la cartera de clientes y comercios a su cargo, generando acciones de venta y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Gestionar las operaciones financieras y comerciales vinculadas a la cartera asignada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Asegurar la calidad del servicio, gestionar reclamos y proponer oportunidades de mejora para maximizar el valor entregado.
  • Relevar información de mercado de forma permanente, monitoreando acciones de la competencia, tasas, promociones, medios de pago y distintas modalidades de financiación, identificando oportunidades y amenazas para el negocio.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mayor a 3 años en ventas, desarrollo de cuentas, negociación comercial y gestión en puntos de ventas. Se valorará experiencia comercializando productos financieros y/o servicios intangibles.
  • Estudiantes o graduados de carreras tales Comercialización, Publicidad, Marketing, o afines.
  • Poseer vehículo propio para los traslados (gastos de viáticos a cargo de la compañía).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar en toda la zona de la prov. Bs. As., región Centro/Pampeana, Patagonia del país, eventualmente a nuestras oficinas de CABA (Belgrano).
  • Manejo del paquere office, preferentemente excel.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (no excluyente).

Conocimientos en:

  • Salesforce, CRM, Loan o plataformas financieras.
