En GRUPO CORVEN nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Especialista de Legales - Litigios para sumar al área de Legales con oficinas en La Reja, Zona Oeste.

Misión del puesto:

  • Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento integral de la cartera de reclamos y litigios del Grupo; coordinar la actuación de estudios jurídicos externos; elaborar reportes de contingencias; y contribuir a la definición e implementación de la estrategia legal del área, a fin de proteger los activos e intereses del Grupo en todo el país. Abordar la gestión con una perspectiva contenciosa y preventiva y brindar asesoramiento legal a las distintas áreas del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la cartera de reclamos y causas judiciales del Grupo, incluyendo el seguimiento de expedientes, plazos y presentaciones, así como la coordinación con estudios jurídicos externos.
  • Gestionar reclamos y procedimientos administrativos en materia de defensa del consumidor.
  • Coordinar con los abogados externos la estrategia procesal de cada expediente y revisar los escritos, informes y resoluciones relevantes.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de acuerdos, conciliaciones y mediaciones, tanto prejudiciales como judiciales.
  • Analizar y reportar contingencias legales, manteniendo actualizado el registro de juicios activos por materia (laboral, civil, comercial, defensa del consumidor y otras).
  • Brindar asesoramiento legal interno a las distintas áreas del negocio, especialmente en materia laboral y comercial, respecto de consultas relacionadas con litigios, contingencias y riesgos legales. Asimismo, asesorar a las áreas de Marketing, Posventa y Atención al Cliente sobre la normativa de defensa del consumidor, con un enfoque preventivo y orientado a mitigar contingencias.
  • Monitorear los cambios normativos y jurisprudenciales relevantes para el negocio de movilidad, analizar tendencias regulatorias y jurisprudenciales, identificar riesgos y proponer medidas preventivas.
  • Redactar y revisar contratos y otros documentos legales de complejidad media.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mayor a 4 años preferentemente en área de Legales/Litigios en empresas de gran envergadura o estudios jurídicos de reconocido prestigio.
  • Graduados de Abogacía, se valorará maestría y/o posgrados afines.
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (b2/c1).
  • Manejo avanzado de paquete office y sistema de gestión judicial.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar eventualmente a las oficinas de CABA.
