Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Planeamiento y Control de la Producción (PCP) para liderar los procesos de planificación productiva, abastecimiento e inventarios, garantizando el cumplimiento de los planes de producción alineados a las necesidades comerciales y al proceso de S&OP.

La posición tendrá como objetivo asegurar la disponibilidad de productos e insumos, optimizando los niveles de inventario, maximizando la eficiencia operativa y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio en un entorno industrial dinámico y de alta exigencia.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el Plan Maestro de Producción (MPS), asegurando el balance entre demanda, capacidad instalada y disponibilidad de recursos.
  • Liderar la planificación de la producción a corto, mediano y largo plazo garantizando el cumplimiento de los compromisos comerciales.
  • Gestionar y optimizar los niveles de inventario de materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados.
  • Definir estrategias de reposición, stock de seguridad y abastecimiento para minimizar riesgos de quiebres y excesos de inventario.
  • Coordinar con Compras y Supply Chain los requerimientos de materiales críticos, considerando lead times y necesidades operativas.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de los programas de producción, identificando desvíos y generando acciones correctivas.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión vinculados a productividad, inventarios, abastecimiento y cumplimiento del plan.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a optimizar procesos, reducir tiempos de ciclo y maximizar la eficiencia productiva.
  • Participar activamente en el proceso de S&OP, contribuyendo a la alineación entre las necesidades comerciales y las capacidades operativas.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo de analistas de PCP, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y orientación a resultados.

Requisitos

  • Profesional graduado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años liderando procesos de Planeamiento y Control de la Producción en entornos industriales, preferentemente automotriz, autopartista o metalmecánico.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en MRP, MRP II, S&OP, planificación de la producción y gestión de inventarios.
  • Manejo avanzado de ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares).
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta demanda y complejidad operativa.
  • Valoraremos especialmente
  • Experiencia en múltiples plantas productivas.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED y mejora continua.
  • Experiencia participando en procesos integrados de planificación (S&OP).
  • Capacidad para impulsar mejoras de productividad y eficiencia en operaciones industriales.
