Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial de Zona que será responsable de liderar la gestión comercial de su territorio asignado, impulsando el crecimiento sustentable del negocio, maximizando oportunidades comerciales y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de las marcas dentro del mercado.

Su principal desafío será desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que permitan alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y participación de mercado, construyendo relaciones sólidas con clientes y detectando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la venta y negociación de los productos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
  • Participar en la definición de la estrategia y política comercial junto a la Gerencia Comercial.
  • Analizar permanentemente la zona asignada para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, desarrollo de clientes y expansión del negocio.
  • Elaborar e implementar planes de acción comerciales orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, market share y mix de productos.
  • Realizar seguimiento y análisis de indicadores comerciales para detectar oportunidades de mejora y generar propuestas de valor.
  • Relevar información de mercado, tendencias y competencia para contribuir a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Identificar acciones que permitan incrementar la participación de mercado y fortalecer el posicionamiento de las marcas.
  • Gestionar las cobranzas de la cartera de clientes bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Participar y colaborar en eventos, capacitaciones y actividades comerciales vinculadas a su territorio.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con Marketing de Producto para definir el portfolio ideal, estrategias de precios, análisis de sell out y evaluación de costos y posicionamiento frente a la competencia

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de negocios o ventas consultivas.
  • Formación universitaria o terciaria afín a Comercialización, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas.
  • Sólida capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados.
  • Experiencia en análisis de mercado, gestión de indicadores comerciales y desarrollo de estrategias de ventas.
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas y análisis de datos comerciales.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas periódicas a clientes y recorrer la zona asignada.
