Requisitos

Experiencia (en años):

  • Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en roles similares

Estudios Requeridos:

  • Estudios Técnicos/ Universitarios completos o próximos a finalizar, con preferencia por formación adicional en ventas, marketing, o administración.
  • Conocimiento técnico en mecánica automotriz o ingeniería deseable.

Idiomas:

  • No requiere.

Habilidades Adicionales:

  • Comprensión profunda de las especificaciones técnicas y aplicaciones de repuestos
  • Habilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a clientes de manera comprensible y negociar con diferentes tipos de clientes.
  • Capacidad para identificar y satisfacer las necesidades específicas de diferentes segmentos de clientes.
  • Análisis de mercado y competencia para ajustar estrategias de ventas.
  • Habilidad para anticipar problemas y buscar soluciones rápidas

Herramientas Informáticas:

  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas, CRM, paquete Office y software de gestión de ventas.
  • Experiencia en uso de Salesforce deseable.
