Caso necessite de algum recurso de acessibilidade durante o processo, informe-nos no momento da candidatura.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a precisão das informações;Realizar pagamentos, transferências e aplicações financeiras;Acompanhar a pontualidade dos pagamentos, contribuindo para evitar juros, multas e protestos;Controlar títulos vencidos de clientes, visando à redução dos valores em atraso;Monitorar a liquidez diária das empresas do Grupo e as movimentações intercompany;Realizar conciliações bancárias e financeiras de clientes, fornecedores, adiantamentos e operações de câmbio;Acompanhar as entradas e saídas de recursos financeiros, contribuindo para o controle do fluxo de caixa;Monitorar arquivos eletrônicos de pagamento, garantindo a segurança e a integridade das operações;Identificar e analisar divergências nos saldos e lançamentos financeiros, atuando na correção de inconsistências;Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal;Preparar documentos, conciliações e informações para auditorias internas e externas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras, especialmente contas a pagar, contas a receber, conciliação bancária e tesouraria;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, sendo desejável experiência com SAP;Conhecimento em Excel, sendo o nível avançado considerado um diferencial;Capacidade de lidar com diferentes sistemas, demandas simultâneas e volume operacional.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação);Seguro de Vida;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub;
