O Grupo Ello está em busca de um profissional para atuar na análise e acompanhamento de processos de reparo de veículos.

Se você gosta do setor automotivo, é organizado, tem atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para negociar, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Analisar processos de regulagem e danos dos veículos;
  • Conferir orçamentos, peças, mão de obra, funilaria e pintura;
  • Avaliar se os reparos são compatíveis com os danos do evento;
  • Negociar valores, serviços e prazos com oficinas;
  • Acompanhar os reparos até a entrega do veículo;
  • Solicitar fotos, documentos e complementações quando necessário;
  • Registrar informações e tratativas nos sistemas internos;
  • Identificar inconsistências e comunicar à supervisão;
  • Garantir que os serviços aprovados estejam relacionados ao evento;
  • Buscar equilíbrio entre qualidade, segurança e custo-benefício.
