Sobre a vaga

A Transposeg busca um(a) profissional com experiência em veículos pesados para atuar na regulação de sinistros, realizando análises técnicas de danos, avaliação de orçamentos e acompanhamento dos processos envolvendo os veiculos;

Buscamos alguém com conhecimento prático em mecânica de veículos pesados, perfil analítico e capacidade de avaliar danos e identificar as necessidades de reparação.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analisar sinistros envolvendo veículos pesados;
  • Avaliar danos mecânicos e estruturais decorrentes de acidentes;
  • Analisar orçamentos de oficinas, peças e serviços de reparação;
  • Verificar a compatibilidade dos reparos propostos com os danos identificados
  • Solicitar informações, documentos e orçamentos complementares;
  • Manter contato com cooperados, oficinas e prestadores de serviços;
  • Acompanhar os processos de sinistro até sua conclusão;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e registrar as informações nos sistemas internos;
  • Identificar inconsistências e possíveis irregularidades nos processos.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência comprovada com veículos pesados
  • Conhecimento em mecânica diesel, sistemas mecânicos e componentes de veículos pesados;
  • Capacidade de interpretar orçamentos e avaliar serviços de reparação;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e facilidade com sistemas digitais;
  • CNH categoria B, desejável.
  • Experiência em oficinas de veículos pesados ou transportadoras;
  • Vivência com manutenção de frotas;
  • Experiência com regulação de sinistros, vistorias ou avaliação de danos;

  • Comunicação clara e objetiva;
  • Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas;
