Seu papel no time

Como Analista de Contratos, você será peça fundamental na gestão do ciclo de vida dos nossos contratos, garantindo a conformidade financeira, administrativa e operacional. Sua atuação conectará diversas áreas internas da empresa, prestando suporte consultivo e assegurando que todas as obrigações, reajustes e prazos sejam cumpridos com excelência, organização e uma comunicação clara.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Controlar as finanças contratuais, realizando o acompanhamento de valores fixos, reajustes, cobranças retroativas e controle de atrasos.
  • Administrar documentos e informações nos sistemas internos (Cadastro e Autojur), gerenciando ativamente renovações, reajustes e garantias.
  • Redigir ofícios, comunicados formais e manifestações de interesse em renovações, reajustes e assuntos afins com alto padrão de qualidade na escrita.
  • Prestar apoio consultivo e interpretar cláusulas contratuais para dar suporte ágil às áreas internas (Financeiro, Comercial, Suporte, Fábrica, BPOs, entre outras).
  • Acompanhar rigorosamente o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais por todas as partes envolvidas.
  • Gerenciar acessos e disponibilizar a visualização de contratos para Diretores e Gerentes de forma segura e organizada.
  • Receber, conferir e encaminhar documentações de profissionais associados aos contratos.
  • Executar as rotinas de encerramento contratual (Kickout) e realizar o fluxo de envio e notificação de Churn.
  • Elaborar e enviar relatórios operacionais padronizados, além de abrir e registrar medições em portais específicos.
  • Lançar e atualizar indicadores no sistema Stratws, bem como manter os controles de pacotes de horas rigorosamente em dia.
  • Realizar follow-up operacional dos planos de ação e garantir o andamento das tratativas.
  • Atender e responder chamados via sistema CRM de forma resolutiva e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos Indispensáveis

  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita (bom texto), imprescindível para a elaboração de ofícios, comunicados formais e e-mails estruturados.
  • Domínio prático do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel e Word).
  • Alto nível de organização, disciplina processual e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Forte habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, com postura consultiva e colaborativa para atuar junto a diversas áreas e lideranças.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência prática com análise e gestão de contratos corporativos.
  • Formação Superior (completa ou em andamento) em Direito, Administração de Empresas, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento ou interesse prático em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para otimização de rotinas e análise de dados.
