Missão do Cargo: Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Júnior para atuar no suporte aos processos de contratos e formalização de vendas, realizando conferência e validação de documentos, identificação de inconsistências e acompanhamento de demandas junto às áreas parceiras.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a conferência e validação de dados das Promessas de Compra e Venda, verificando informações cadastrais, condições comerciais e fluxos de pagamento;Analisar documentos e identificar inconsistências ou divergências, realizando os devidos direcionamentos para correção;Prestar suporte à Secretaria de Vendas e à equipe Comercial em dúvidas relacionadas à validação e formalização de documentos;Acompanhar demandas, pendências e tratativas relacionadas ao processo de contratos, garantindo os retornos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;Manter interface com as áreas Comercial, Financeira, SAC, Gestão de Carteira e Inteligência de Vendas, contribuindo para a resolução de demandas;Apoiar o acompanhamento dos processos internos relacionados aos contratos, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos fluxos e prazos;Auxiliar na identificação de falhas e inconsistências nos processos, propondo direcionamentos para melhoria da qualidade das informações e dos fluxos internos;Realizar consultas, lançamentos e atualizações nos sistemas corporativos, mantendo os registros organizados e atualizados;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais, Direito ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com atividades administrativas, análise documental ou contratos;

Conhecimento básico em Excel e Pacote Office;

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação;

Perfil proativo, analítico e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com sistemas CRM;

Conhecimento em TOTVS;

Experiência no segmento imobiliário;

Vivência com análise de documentos e fluxos de pagamento.
