Principais Responsabilidades:

Gestão de Vigência e Ciclo de Vida do Contrato:

Controlar prazos de validade, renovações e janelas de rescisão de todos os contratos vigentes.

Monitorar e acionar gatilhos de reajuste periódico (índices operacionais e inflacionários) para garantir a atualização dos honorários no prazo.

Mapear com antecedência contratos próximos ao vencimento para viabilizar renegociações comerciais estratégicas.

Monitoramento dos relatórios e faturamento.

Monitorar o envio e escopo dos relatórios para faturamento.

Monitorar o faturamento junto ao setor financeiro para assegurar que todas as cláusulas e condições de cobrança (honorários fixos, êxitos, reembolsos e atos) estejam sendo aplicadas corretamente.

Validar a viabilidade das solicitações dos clientes, garantindo que demandas extracontratuais ou fora do escopo original sejam identificadas e orçadas como aditivos.

Análise de Margem, Custo e Volume:

Avaliar periodicamente a relação entre o volume de trabalho/demanda gerado pelo cliente e o valor cobrado, identificando se a operação compensa o custo financeiro.

Mapear contratos deficitários ou com estouro de escopo e apresentar diagnósticos para a tomada de decisão da gestão/sócios.

Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de rentabilidade e margem por contrato/cliente.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Formação: Graduação em Administração, Direito, Controladoria, Economia ou Engenharia de Produção.

Experiência: Vivência prévia em controladoria, gestão/auditoria de contratos de serviços, análise de precificação (prepricing) ou gestão financeira operacional.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

Domínio avançado de planilhas eletrônicas (Excel ou Google Sheets) para construção de modelos de acompanhamento e margem.

Leitura e interpretação analítica de cláusulas contratuais comerciais e financeiras.
