¿QUÉ DESAFÍOS TE ESPERAN?

Como Analista de Control de Trading, te esperan desafíos vinculados al seguimiento y control de las operaciones de granos en Brasil, asegurando la consistencia de la información, el análisis de resultados y la generación de información clave para la toma de decisiones del negocio.

• Garantizar la consistencia de las posiciones de granos y de los resultados asociados a la operatoria, asegurando la integridad y confiabilidad de la información.

• Analizar y explicar los resultados del negocio, elaborando reportes claros y precisos que contribuyan al seguimiento de la gestión y la toma de decisiones.

• Actuar como nexo entre la mesa de trading y Finanzas Corporativas, facilitando el flujo de información y la correcta interpretación de los resultados.

• Asegurar la trazabilidad, conciliación y exactitud de la información operativa y financiera, realizando controles y validaciones periódicas.

• Identificar desvíos, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos, impulsando iniciativas de automatización y optimización de la gestión.

• Participar en el análisis de información económica y financiera vinculada al negocio, colaborando en la generación de indicadores y reportes de gestión.

• Interactuar con distintas áreas de la organización para garantizar una visión integral de la operatoria y contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos asociados.

Requisitos

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE VOS?

📌 Buscamos una persona analítica, curiosa y orientada a la mejora continua, con interés por combinar finanzas, negocio y tecnología para generar impacto a través de los datos.

• Profesional graduado/a o próximo a graduarse de Contador Público, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

• Experiencia en posiciones con interacción entre negocio, contabilidad, impuestos, control de gestión o finanzas.

• Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de información.

• Nivel intermedio de portugués.

• Capacidad para interpretar resultados complejos, detectar desvíos y comunicar conclusiones de manera clara a distintos interlocutores.

SE VALORARÁ TAMBIÉN:

• Habilidades para cuestionar procesos, identificar oportunidades de mejora e impulsar cambios.

• Capacidad para transformar datos en información útil para la toma de decisiones.

• Conocimientos en automatización de procesos, análisis de datos e inteligencia artificial aplicada a entornos de negocio.

• Experiencia en agro, acopio o industrias con operatorias complejas.
