¿QUÉ DESAFÍOS TE ESPERAN?

Como Analista de Legales, tendrás un rol clave en el acompañamiento legal y societario de las distintas compañías y unidades de negocio de fyo, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de contratos, documentación, facultades y vencimientos para acompañar la operación del negocio.

  • Gestionar el circuito contractual, asegurando la carga, firma, registro y trazabilidad de la documentación.
  • Monitorear vencimientos de contratos y marcas, anticipando renovaciones y posibles riesgos.
  • Controlar la vigencia de facultades y poderes para la firma en representación de las compañías y dar seguimiento a su gestión documental.
  • Acompañar la gestión societaria de las compañías nacionales, participando en la preparación de reuniones, actualización de actas y seguimiento de la documentación.
  • Acompañar los procesos de compliance y actualización documental de clientes de Mercado de Capitales, asegurando que los legajos se encuentren completos y actualizados.
  • Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación vinculada a PLAyFT.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizados reportes de litigios, seguros y gastos de las compañías.
  • Gestionar documentación legal y certificaciones, coordinando los distintos actores involucrados en cada circuito.
  • Participar en las distintas iniciativas y necesidades del área Legal, aportando seguimiento y soporte a la operación.

La posición es eventual por 6 meses.

Requisitos

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE VOS?

📌Buscamos una persona organizada y detallista, con primeras experiencias profesionales, capacidad para gestionar distintos circuitos en simultáneo y realizar un seguimiento riguroso de plazos y documentación.

  • Título universitario en Derecho (excluyente).
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en el área de legales y societario.
  • Dominio MS Office y Excel nivel avanzado, se valora el manejo de SAP

SE VALORARÁ TAMBIEN:

  • Experiencia con DocuSign y SIJURI.
  • Conocimientos de derecho societario, marcas, poderes y facultades.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos del negocio agro, especialmente en contratos de Cuenta y Orden y boletos de granos.)
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de digitalización, automatización e inteligencia artificial.
