🌱 Programa de Pasantías

En nuestra empresa desarrollamos un programa de pasantías pensado para estudiantes que buscan dar sus primeros pasos profesionales, aprender de un entorno dinámico y aportar su mirada fresca a distintos equipos dentro de la organización.

Si te interesa sumarte a futuras oportunidades de pasantías en áreas como Administración, Contabilidad, Back Office, Desarrollo Comercial, Agronegocios u otras áreas corporativas, ¡queremos conocerte!

🚀 ¿Qué desafíos podrías encontrar?

Las tareas pueden variar según el área, pero suelen incluir:

  • Colaboración en tareas administrativas y de soporte operativo.
  • Análisis, registro y seguimiento de información en sistemas internos.
  • Actualización de documentación, carga de datos y armado de reportes.
  • Interacción con clientes internos y externos para coordinar gestiones.
  • Participación en procesos comerciales, contables o de back office según la posición.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos.

Requisitos

🎯 ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

Buscamos personas con actitud, ganas de aprender y compromiso para desarrollarse profesionalmente.

Requisitos generales:

  • Ser estudiante activo de carreras como Contador Público, Administración, Agronegocios, Comercialización, Cs. Económicas o afines.
  • Contar con alumno regular y materias aprobadas en el último año (según universidad).
  • Dominio básico de herramientas digitales e ¡inteligencia artificial!
  • Disponibilidad horaria para cumplir con la jornada del programa.
  • Experiencia previa: no excluyente.

Plus valorados según área: manejo de CRM, Excel intermedio, inglés intermedio, conocimiento del sector agro.
