DESCRIÇÃO DE CARGO

Objetivo do Cargo

Responsável pela gestão técnica e operacional da unidade de coleta, assegurando a excelência no atendimento aos pacientes, a qualidade dos processos laboratoriais, o cumprimento das normas técnicas e sanitárias, bem como a liderança da equipe, visando garantir eficiência operacional, segurança e satisfação dos clientes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar as atividades diárias da unidade de coleta, garantindo o pleno funcionamento operacional.
  • Realizar e supervisionar procedimentos de coleta de materiais biológicos (sangue, urina, fezes, secreções e demais exames autorizados).
  • Garantir a correta identificação, acondicionamento, armazenamento e transporte das amostras biológicas.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas da ANVISA, Vigilância Sanitária, LGPD, RDCs aplicáveis e demais legislações vigentes.
  • Supervisionar, orientar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe técnica e administrativa da unidade.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar escalas de trabalho, cobertura de ausências e distribuição de atividades.
  • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade, produtividade, atendimento e desempenho da unidade.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) e das normas internas da empresa.
  • Controlar estoque de materiais, insumos laboratoriais e solicitar reposições quando necessário.
  • Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, solicitando manutenções preventivas e corretivas.
  • Atuar na resolução de não conformidades, reclamações de pacientes e intercorrências operacionais.
  • Promover ações de melhoria contínua, organização da unidade e padronização dos processos.
  • Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Manter comunicação constante com a gestão técnica e administrativa da empresa.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das metas de qualidade, atendimento e desempenho da unidade.
  • Apoiar ações comerciais, campanhas de saúde e estratégias para aumento da produtividade da unidade.
  • Representar tecnicamente a unidade perante órgãos fiscalizadores, quando necessário.

Requisitos

Formação

  • Graduação em Biomedicina.
  • Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Biomedicina (CRBM).

Desejável

  • Pós-graduação em Gestão, Análises Clínicas, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de unidades de saúde.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas laboratoriais (LIS), informática e pacote Office.
