Estamos em busca de um biomédico para integrar nossa equipe e atuar em laboratórios de análises clínicas. O profissional será responsável por realizar exames, interpretar resultados e fornecer laudos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ser responsável pelo laboratório e/ou posto de coleta, garantindo o bom funcionamento do laboratório;
  • Processar os exames do laboratório;
  • Realizar coleta e preparo de materiais;
  • Receber, triar, conferir, centrifugar e distribuir para os setores amostras biológicas para análises;
  • Executar procedimentos atribuídos a sua bancada, priorizando a liberação dos resultados;
  • Liberar os resultados dos exames após análise do controle de qualidade, análise de exame e correlações clínicas;
  • Monitorar as pendências de coleta e/ou resultados de exames;
  • Realizar e avaliar o controle de qualidade interno e externo dos exames realizados;
  • Controlar, acompanhar e registrar as manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos equipamentos;
  • Realizar a manutenção dos equipamentos;
  • Digitar mapas de trabalho, quando não interfaceados, e liberar exames no interfaceamento;
  • Efetuar o controle de estoque e pedido de materiais, considerando o consumo/perdas de cada item utilizado no setor;
  • Prestar esclarecimentos de exames aos médicos e aos pacientes;
  • Arquivar dados brutos (mapas de trabalho, planilhas, relatórios) do seu setor;
  • Implantar e executar programas e ferramentas da qualidade assegurando a padronização;
  • Exercer o papel de multiplicador, estimulando e repassando conhecimentos técnicos e científicos e treinando os novos colaboradores;
  • Dar apoio aos colaboradores em dúvidas técnicas e esclarecimento de dúvidas a clientes;
  • Auxiliar nos processos do SGQ inerentes às suas áreas;
  • Comunicar-se com os clientes para discutir resultados, fazer recomendações e agendar testes/recoletas adicionais, se necessário;
  • Garantir o registro preciso dos dados cadastrais e o monitoramento dos procedimentos dos pacientes, e também de possíveis amostras de UBS/CLÍNICAS/PARCEIROS entre outros;
  • Manter registros de estoque e atualizar equipamentos e suprimentos;
  • Manter controle de temperaturas, pops, certificados de calibração/validação de equipamentos/instrumentos disponíveis.
  • Coordenar a equipe técnica para agendar testes e garantir que os procedimentos adequados sejam seguidos;
  • Gerenciar contas de clientes e manter registros atualizados;
  • Realização de pesquisas sobre novos métodos para melhorar a eficiência e a precisão e rotina da unidade;
  • Garantir a conformidade com todos os protocolos de segurança e rotinas;
  • Supervisionar/liderar equipe, fornecendo instruções e feedback sobre os procedimentos, protocolos, rotinas, instruções, da diretoria/, de treinamentos/reuniões diversos;
  • Cumprir com as leis e regulamentos federais, estaduais e locais aplicáveis em relação às operações de laboratório;
  • Garantir a organização de todo o ambiente de trabalho, desde rotinas de limpeza, manutenção de equipamentos, funcionamento da unidade rotinas diversas;
  • Possuir habilidades de liderança para gerenciar sua equipe, o que inclui delegar tarefas, fornecer feedback e motivar os funcionários a seguir os protocolos de segurança e manter a limpeza do laboratório;
  • Habilidades de comunicação eficazes para o contato com diferentes partes interessadas, incluindo equipe de laboratório, fornecedores, executivos e clientes;
  • Habilidades de resolução de problemas: identificar e resolver problemas que ocorrem no laboratório e solucionar problemas de equipamentos/dia-a-dia

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Biomedicina;
  • Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Biomedicina;
  • Experiência na área de análises clínicas;
  • Conhecimento em normas de biossegurança;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Proatividade e comprometimento com o trabalho.
