Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Biomedicina.
  • Registro ativo no conselho de classe.
  • Informática básica.

Missão do Cargo:

Garantir a qualidade e segurança das coletas, atuando como responsável técnico, assegurando o desempenho dos postos por meio de indicadores e desenvolvendo a equipe para manter excelência operacional e assistencial.

Principais atividades:

1. Realizar coletas laboratoriais conforme agenda, garantindo técnica adequada, identificação correta e integridade das amostras.

2. Atuar como responsável técnico do núcleo, assegurando conformidade com as normas regulatórias vigentes.

3. Monitorar indicadores operacionais (ex.: recoleta, tempo de atendimento, não conformidades), analisando desvios e atuando nas correções.

4. Supervisionar a rotina dos postos de coleta, garantindo padronização dos processos e cumprimento dos fluxos definidos.

5. Acompanhar, orientar e avaliar o desempenho dos técnicos de enfermagem, realizando feedbacks e direcionando desenvolvimento.

6. Apoiar a equipe na resolução de intercorrências técnicas e operacionais durante o atendimento.

7. Garantir condições adequadas de funcionamento da unidade (insumos, equipamentos, organização e biossegurança).

8. Atuar na interface com a área técnica/laboratório central, assegurando fluxo adequado das amostras e comunicação efetiva.

9. Promover boas práticas de atendimento ao cliente, visando qualidade assistencial e experiência do paciente.

10. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações simples no dia a dia para ganho de eficiência e qualidade

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do

seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
