Descrição da vaga:

  • Jornada de trabalho: Seg. à sex. 08h as 18h

Objetivo da função

Ser o responsável direto pelo crescimento de receita dos canais digitais (sites próprios), atuando de forma analítica, técnica e orientada à performance, garantindo evolução contínua de faturamento, conversão, margem e experiência do cliente nos ambientes B2B e B2C.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar junto no planejamento e executar estratégias para crescimento de faturamento B2B e B2C em Lojas on Line;
  • Fazer a gestão de funil completo: tráfego / conversão/ recompra;
  • Acompanhar KPIs: Receita/ ROAS/ CAC /Taxa de conversão/ Ticket médio/ Ruptura x faturamento perdido/ Margem;
  • Operacionalizar de forma técnica da plataforma Wake Commerce, com atuação em catálogo, preço, estoque, regra comercial B2B, e performance do site (UX, CRO, checkout);
  • Conhecimento em linguagens técnicas para alinhamentos com TI, integradores e fornecedores, com entendimento prático de APIs, ERPs;
  • Planejamento e gestão de mídia pagam: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Perforance Max), Meta Ads
  • Estrutura de campanhas criativos (briefing, análise de performance, testes A/B)
  • Atuação em SEO técnico e de conteúdo: Arquitetura, categorias, páginas de produto, conteúdo para topo e meio de funil
  • Atuar com clientes B2B, com regras de preço por cliente, condições comerciais, pedido recorrente, tabela diferenciada, crédito, prazo e negociação;

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou andamento
  • Vivência em ambiente de média/alta complexidade (múltiplos canais, grande catálogo, integração com ERP e controle de estoque crítico)
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a dados
  • Conhecimento em planilhas (Excel ou Google Sheets).
