Descrição da vaga:

Objetivo da função

Atuar na recuperação e reativação de clientes inativos, realizando contatos ativos e consultivos, fechando pedidos de menor valor e qualificando oportunidades para o time de vendas, com foco em geração de receita e giro de carteira.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar e priorizar clientes inativos com histórico de compra
  • Realizar contatos ativos (ligações, WhatsApp e e-mails) com abordagem consultiva
  • Oferecer campanhas, kits promocionais e soluções de reposição de produtos, como a plataforma online de compra PDV
  • Fechar pedidos simples (até R$ 1.500,00) diretamente
  • Encaminhar oportunidades maiores ao vendedor Closer com briefing atualizado
  • Registrar todos os contatos e status no sistema
  • Atualizar histórico no sistema e informar status ao vendedor Closer
  • Realizar follow-up estruturado com base nas respostas do cliente
  • Trabalhar em alinhamento com os times de televendas e marketing

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Agilidade e atenção
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade em negociação
  • Força de vontade para trabalhar e disposição para aprender
  • Respeito à hierarquia e às normas da empresa
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe
  • Conhecimentos básicos em vendas ou atendimento comercial
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em período integral
