En Grupo Pantaleon estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional Senior para ocupar el puesto de Coordinador de Recursos Humanos en nuestra ubicación de Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa, Escuintla, Guatemala. En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar y coordinar las actividades del área de Recursos Humanos y Capacitación.

Buscamos a una persona proactiva y orientada a resultados, con habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Serás responsable de implementar estrategias de atracción y retención de talento, así como de diseñar y dar seguimiento programas de capacitación para el desarrollo del personal, asi como también velar por una experiencia del colaborador óptima.

El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia previa en puestos similares, así como con sólidos conocimientos en legislación laboral y gestión de recursos humanos. Será fundamental tener habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales sólidas.

Requisitos

  • Graduado de Psicología industrial o carrera afín
  • Experiencia de 3 años en posiciones similares
  • Amplios conocimientos en desarrollo de talento y capacitación
  • Experiencia liderando equipos
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa
