Objetivo del puesto:

Liderar de forma integral las operaciones agrícolas en campo, asegurando la óptima ejecución del plan de labores desde el control de costos, el uso eficiente de los recursos y cuido del personal, para maximizar la rentabilidad de fincas y garantizar una adecuada asistencia técnica y gestión con productores de caña.

Funciones:

•Planificación y Operación Agrícola: Coordinar, programar y supervisar las labores de campo (maquinaria, mano de obra e insumos) para asegurar el óptimo manejo del cultivo y el cumplimiento de las metas de producción.

•Control de Costos y Eficiencia: Dar seguimiento a los costos operativos de campo, identificando oportunidades de ahorro y optimización de recursos, (rentabilidad de finca).

•Gestión y Liderazgo de Equipos: Dirigir, capacitar y acompañar a cuadrillas y personal operativo de campo, desde la cultura de la organización facilitando la resolución constructiva de conflictos y cuido de las personas.

•Tecnología e Innovación: Implementar Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas (BPA) y asegurar el aprovechamiento de plataformas tecnológicas de monitoreo y gestión agrícola.

•Seguridad y Relacionamiento: Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud y seguridad ocupacional en campo, manteniendo relaciones constructivas con áreas de apoyo y comunidades aledañas.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Agronómica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia minina de 3 años en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia liderando personal.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia en aplica de BPA.
  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas en agricultura de precisión.
  • Licencia de conducir categoría 3.
  • Residir en la Zona de Occidente.
