En Monte Rosa, buscamos un profesional apasionado por la tecnología, la automatización industrial y la mejora continua, que desee contribuir a la confiabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de nuestras operaciones.

En esta posición tendrás la oportunidad de supervisar, coordinar y garantizar la continuidad operativa de los sistemas eléctricos, de control, automatización y refrigeración de la planta, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Asimismo, serás responsable de promover la eficiencia energética, la seguridad del personal y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.

Requisitos

- Graduados de las carreras de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o Electromecánica.

- 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

- Experiencia en mantenimientos eléctricos, instrumentación y automatización en áreas de molienda, calderas, generación de energía y refinería.

- Conocimientos en optimización de sistemas de control industrial, PLC, SCADA, HMI y redes industriales.

- Experiencia en diagnosticar y resolver fallas en equipos eléctricos e industriales críticos.

- Gestionar indicadores de desempeño, reportes técnicos y requerimientos de materiales y repuestos esenciales.

- Disponibilidad para laborar en turnos rotativos

- Residir en la zona de occidente
